Mobility Flo

Shifting the focus from flexibility to mobility, the Mobility Flo class helps students form a more sustainable and stable yoga practice. Mobility enhances the student’s ability to move through active angles of motion with control and without restriction – including core strength, balance, and alignment.  This practice is an excellent complement for athletes training at all levels

Mat Pilates Flo

Mat Pilates Flo is an energizing, movement-forward class that begins with a dynamic warm-up to awaken the body and build mobility. You’ll then flow through a seamless sequence of mat-based Pilates work designed to strengthen the core, improve stability, and build full-body endurance.

Recovery Flo

Recovery Flo is an active recovery class designed to restore the body, mind, and spirit. Grounded on your mat, it combines intentional breathwork with supported static poses to release tension, calm the nervous system, and enhance overall well-being. The room is heated with 1–2 infrared panels, gently warming the body to support relaxation and recovery.

Suitable for all levels, Recovery Flo complements yoga, strength training, and athletic routines. Whether easing soreness, managing stress, or simply seeking a reset, this class provides the space to slow down, breathe, and restore.

Energize Flo
