Vitality Flo

Intermediate to advanced practitioners

Recovery Flo

Practiced primarily on your mat on the floor, the Calm Flo class provides a deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation experience. Utilizing breath awareness and supported static poses allows practitioners to relax deeply into each pose calming both the mind and body.

Mobility Flo

Shifting the focus from flexibility to mobility, the Mobility Flo class helps students form a more sustainable and stable yoga practice. Mobility enhances the student’s ability to move through active angles of motion with control and without restriction – including core strength, balance, and alignment.  This practice is an excellent complement for athletes training at all levels
