Late Cancellation Policy
No-Show Policy
Clients must cancel their class booking at least 8 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties.
Penalty for Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class will a $10 cancellation fee for both Unlimited Members and Class Package members.
Booking Window Policy
Advance Booking
Clients can book classes up to 30 days in advance.
Last-Minute Bookings
Clients can book a class up to the class start time, subject to availability.
Waitlist
If a class is fully booked, clients can join a waitlist. If a spot opens up, they will be notified via email or SMS that they have been added into the class. They will only be added to class upto 2 hours prior to start.
No-Show Policy
Penalty for No-Shows
If a client does not show up for a booked class and has not canceled, they will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
No Late Entry Policy
Class starts right on time and there will be no entry for students who arrive after the start of the class time.
Exceptions & Flexibility
Emergency Situations
Exceptions to these policies may be made in cases of genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. Clients must notify the studio as soon as possible.
Intro Offers
Students who are on an active introductory offer will be exempt from the Late Cancellation and No Show Fee’s’
