Amy Kaner
Amy is an RYT-200 and RYT-300 certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, practicing and teaching in San Diego since 2012. She discovered yoga as a way to find grounding and balance after moving to Southern California and has experienced its profound benefits for stress, anxiety, and self-connection.
Amy holds an MSN in Nursing and works as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. She completed her teacher trainings at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas and is also certified in Prenatal, Gentle, and Yin Yoga.
Her breath-led classes thoughtfully blend movement and stillness, incorporating her healthcare expertise to create a safe, intuitive, and mindful practice.
Amanda Tun
Amanda is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and sound healer with over seven years of teaching experience. She views yoga as a tool for navigating life’s ever-changing rhythms, both on and off the mat.
Her classes blend intentional movement, breath, and mindful connection with creativity and playfulness, while honoring the integrity of the practice.
Amanda is passionate about creating an inclusive space where students of all ages and backgrounds can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with their inner peace.
Chandler Price
Chandler creates a space for students to reset, reconnect, and return to the present moment. She tailors each class to complement the energy of the day and the needs of her students, distilling the practice to its essence so practitioners of all levels can trust their experience and fully receive.
Through thoughtful sequencing, intuitive teaching, and clear, accessible guidance, she welcomes students to move with confidence and deepen their connection to themselves and their practice.
Cole Toohey
Cole is a RYT-200 whose teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a pathway to greater presence, balance, and self-connection.
Drawing from her own experience of finding grounding and clarity through the practice, she offers classes that integrate intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Her welcoming approach encourages students of all levels to explore their practice with curiosity, confidence, and ease.
Hailey
Avis
Hailey discovered yoga while pursuing her engineering degree as a way to manage stress, but it quickly became much more than that. Drawn back to her practice for its mental clarity, physical benefits, and sense of community, yoga has remained an important part of her life.
Outside the studio, Hailey enjoys traveling, playing the violin, cooking, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.
Jenn Martell
Jenn was initially drawn to yoga 25 years ago for its physical benefits, but quickly realized it was so much more than that. Yoga brings her a sense of peace while on the mat and has taught her how to bring this same calm and grounding energy into her everyday life.
She is passionate about helping her students find a beautiful lightness within and sprinkles humor throughout her classes to invoke a sense of playfulness. Jenn hopes her students leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, balanced and loved.
Jordyn Brown
Jordyn is a San Diego native, UCSD graduate, and elementary school teacher in the San Diego Unified School District. A former UCSD Women’s Soccer player, she has over six years of experience teaching group fitness, including indoor cycling, strength, and treadmill classes.
She began her yoga journey during pregnancy in 2025, where she found strength, confidence, and clarity through yoga and sculpt. This inspired her to earn her Sculpt certification and join Redflo.
Jordyn loves teaching Strength Flo, where students are challenged to build strength, gain confidence, and see their progress each week.
Kayla Silva
Kayla has always been passionate about movement, from competitive sports and hiking to strength training and time outdoors. She discovered mat Pilates while recovering from injuries and addressing long-standing muscle imbalances, helping her rebuild strength and reconnect with her body.
As an Adapted Physical Education teacher for 14 years, Kayla is passionate about helping others discover what their bodies are capable of. She is currently completing her Mat and Reformer certifications through Balanced Body and is excited to share Pilates with the community.
Kacie Brennell
Kacie began practicing yoga regularly in 2021 as a way to manage stress, and it quickly became a meaningful part of her life. Through breath, movement, and presence, yoga helped her build a deeper connection with her body and herself.
As a teacher, she creates grounding, accessible flows that invite students to slow down, tune in, and reconnect. She often incorporates seasonal themes, moon cycles, and astrology as gentle reflections of the natural rhythms within and around us.
Her classes are intentional, welcoming, and down-to-earth, offering space to breathe, move, and feel more at home in yourself.
Kelly Isbell
Kelly began her yoga journey in college while seeking gentle movement and mental balance. She has since developed a deep appreciation for the strength, resilience, and confidence yoga cultivates, and aims to share these benefits through challenging yet accessible classes with thoughtful modifications.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020 and is also a scientist and graduate student at UCSD. Kelly enjoys weaving guided meditation and mindfulness into physical practice, supporting students in showing up exactly as they are.
Kaki Shadoan
Kaki discovered yoga at a young age through classes with her parents and completed her yoga teacher training in 2018 on Maui, Hawaii. What began as a physical practice evolved into a deeper appreciation for the connection between breath, movement, and presence.
Her teaching is grounded, intentional, and welcoming, with a focus on mindful movement, strength, and balance. Kaki creates a supportive space where students can move with awareness, challenge themselves, and leave feeling centered, energized, and renewed.
Malinda Dixon
Malinda completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011 and an advanced 300-hour training in 2016. She focuses on mindful movement and alignment, guiding students to move with intention, awareness, and respect for their bodies.
Her classes encourage students to carry what they experience on the mat into daily life—cultivating presence, balance, and resilience. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Malinda offers a supportive space for movement, breath, and self-discovery.
Nam Chanterwyn
Nam is an AYC-Level 3 yoga teacher who has trained under Jason Crandell and has been featured on Yoga International. His classes are grounded in strength, anatomical precision, and mindfulness, drawing from both yoga and functional movement modalities.
He is known for detailed verbal cueing and thoughtful hands-on assists, helping students deepen their understanding and experience of each posture. Nam approaches teaching as education, with a focus on clear learning objectives and skill development in every class. He also serves as Head of Credentialing at the American Yoga Council.
Nancy Martinez
Nancy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014, beginning a journey that transformed not only her relationship with yoga, but also with herself. She went on to teach yoga as seva, offering free classes in underserved communities and experiencing firsthand the power of connection, presence, and service.
For Nancy, yoga continues to be a grounding practice, one that nurtures the body, centers the mind, and creates space for meaningful connection.
Steve Thompson
Steve Thompson has practiced yoga since 2003, with a strong foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga developed through years of study with Tim Miller at the Ashtanga Yoga Center in Encinitas.
His teaching emphasizes breath, drishti, mindful movement, and intelligent sequencing to create an accessible and grounded practice. Steve taught yoga in San Diego from 2009–2012 and is excited to return to teaching and sharing his love of yoga with the community.
Outside the studio, he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego, works as a technology executive, and enjoys golf and other pursuits that benefit from the balance, mobility, and focus cultivated through yoga.
Shiela Advincula
Shiela discovered yoga in the early 1990s and has since explored Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings with Sol Yoga and has shared her practice widely through teaching, workshops, and media features, including Alo Yoga’s Mindful Movement series.
With a background in dance and certification as a Zumba instructor, she brings fluidity, rhythm, and mindfulness into her classes. Shiela is passionate about creating space for students to connect with themselves through breath, movement, and presence on and off the mat.
Siena Ma
Siena began practicing yoga in graduate school, where she discovered its calming and grounding effects. Her journey has been non-linear, with periods of pause and return, each time finding yoga meeting her exactly where she was.
Inspired by her teachers, she now shares an intuitive, grounded, and exploratory practice that emphasizes presence, breath, and playfulness.
Siena invites students to move without expectation, stay light-hearted, and trust that they can always return to their practice.
Valeria Reyes
Valeria has practiced yoga for over 10 years, making it a meaningful part of her healing journey. Through her own health experiences, she discovered yoga as a powerful practice for supporting the body, mind, and spirit.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and is currently pursuing Iyengar Yoga certification. Valeria’s teaching encourages students to connect with their bodies, cultivate inner wisdom, and support their own healing journey.
Outside the studio, she enjoys surfing, snowboarding, women’s circles, spiritual practices, and time with loved ones. She is excited to be part of the Redflo community.
Ella Fitzpatrick
Ella discovered yoga sculpt during her freshman year of college and quickly fell in love with the combination of strength, movement, breath, and community. After completing her 50-hour Sculpt certification in 2024, she brings an encouraging, inclusive energy to every class.
Her classes blend strength, fluidity, breath, and playfulness, creating a welcoming space for everyone to move, challenge themselves, and have fun.
Ella is entering her fourth year at the University of San Diego, studying Communication with minors in Sociology and Public Relations. Outside the studio, she enjoys reading, music, time with friends, and the beach.
