Amy Kaner
Amy is an RYT-200 and RYT-300 certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing in San Diego since 2012. She began her yoga journey seeking grounding in her new Southern California home and quickly discovered its power to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and cultivate self-love.
Amy holds an MSN in Nursing and works full-time as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. She completed her teacher trainings at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas and holds additional certifications in Prenatal, Gentle, and Yin Yoga.
Her classes are breath-led, blending movement and stillness while integrating her healthcare background to support safe, intuitive, and mindful practice.
Arezou Ghane
Arezou began her yoga journey over 20 years ago in a community class, where she was inspired by a graceful older practitioner and first discovered what the body is capable of through mindful movement. After years of practicing mostly at home, she eventually trained with a vibrant community of Ashtangi teachers and completed her certification in 2013, where she experienced the power of truly inclusive spaces.
Following the pandemic, Arezou’s appreciation for shared practice deepened, recognizing the importance of regulating the nervous system in community. Her teaching continues to evolve through her work as a psychologist, dancer, and mother, bringing depth, presence, and care into every class.
Chandler Price
Chandler creates a space for students to reset, reconnect, and return to the present moment. She tailors each class to complement the energy of the day and the needs of her students, distilling the practice to its essence so practitioners of all levels can trust their experience and fully receive.
Through thoughtful sequencing, intuitive teaching, and clear, accessible guidance, she welcomes students to move with confidence and deepen their connection to themselves and their practice.
Cole Toohey
Cole is a RYT-200 whose teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a pathway to greater presence, balance, and self-connection.
Drawing from her own experience of finding grounding and clarity through the practice, she offers classes that integrate intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Her welcoming approach encourages students of all levels to explore their practice with curiosity, confidence, and ease.

I started yoga during my engineering degree as a means of stress management, and found myself always coming back to my practice due to the mental clarity, physical benefits, and community.
When I’m not doing yoga, you can find me traveling, playing violin, cooking, and spending time with friends, family, and my dogs.
Jenn Martell
Jenn was initially drawn to yoga 25 years ago for its physical benefits, but quickly realized it was so much more than that. Yoga brings her a sense of peace while on the mat and has taught her how to bring this same calm and grounding energy into her everyday life.
She is passionate about helping her students find a beautiful lightness within and sprinkles humor throughout her classes to invoke a sense of playfulness. Jenn hopes her students leave her classes feeling rejuvenated, balanced and loved.
Jordyn Brown
Jordyn is a San Diego native, UCSD graduate, and elementary school teacher in the San Diego Unified School District. A former UCSD Women’s Soccer player, she has over six years of experience teaching group fitness, including indoor cycling, strength, and treadmill classes.
She began her yoga journey during pregnancy in 2025, where she found strength, confidence, and clarity through yoga and sculpt. This inspired her to earn her Sculpt certification and join Redflo.
Jordyn loves teaching Strength Flo, where students are challenged to build strength, gain confidence, and see their progress each week.
Kayla Silva
Kayla has always been passionate about movement—from competitive sports growing up to hiking, strength training, and time outdoors. While she has practiced yoga on and off over the years, she discovered mat Pilates while recovering from injuries and addressing long-standing muscle imbalances.
Pilates helped her rebuild strength in a sustainable way and reconnect with her body both physically and mentally. As an Adapted Physical Education teacher for the past 14 years, she is passionate about helping others discover what their bodies are capable of through movement. She is currently completing her Mat and Reformer certifications through Balanced Body and is excited to share Pilates with the community.
Kacie Brennell
Kacie began practicing yoga regularly in 2021 as a way to manage stress, and it quickly became a lifestyle. Through breath, movement, and presence, yoga helped her build a more honest and connected relationship with her body and herself.
As a teacher, she creates grounding, accessible flows that invite students to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with their inner truth. She often weaves in seasonal themes, moon cycles, and astrology as gentle reminders of the natural rhythms within and around us.
Her classes are intentional, down-to-earth, and welcoming offering space to breathe, move, and leave feeling more at home in yourself.
Kelly Isbell
Kelly began her yoga journey in college while seeking gentle movement and mental balance. She has since developed a deep appreciation for the strength, resilience, and confidence yoga cultivates, and aims to share these benefits through challenging yet accessible classes with thoughtful modifications.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020 and is also a scientist and graduate student at UCSD. Kelly enjoys weaving guided meditation and mindfulness into physical practice, supporting students in showing up exactly as they are.

Malinda Dixon
Malinda completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011 and an advanced 300-hour training in 2016. She focuses on mindful movement and alignment, guiding students to move with intention, awareness, and respect for their bodies.
Her classes encourage students to carry what they experience on the mat into daily life—cultivating presence, balance, and resilience. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Malinda offers a supportive space for movement, breath, and self-discovery.
Nam Chanterwyn
Nam is an AYC-Level 3 yoga teacher who has trained under Jason Crandell and has been featured on Yoga International. His classes are grounded in strength, anatomical precision, and mindfulness, drawing from both yoga and functional movement modalities.
He is known for detailed verbal cueing and thoughtful hands-on assists, helping students deepen their understanding and experience of each posture. Nam approaches teaching as education, with a focus on clear learning objectives and skill development in every class. He also serves as Head of Credentialing at the American Yoga Council.
Nancy Martinez
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in November 2014, an experience that didn’t just change my relationship with yoga, but with myself. In the years that followed, I taught yoga as seva in underserved communities, offering classes freely during a deeply transformative time in my own life. Even while navigating personal challenges, those classes became a source of grounding, presence, and nourishment for my spirit, a reminder of how powerful connection and service can be.
Steve Thompson
Steve Thompson has practiced yoga since 2003, with a strong foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga developed through years of study with Tim Miller at the Ashtanga Yoga Center in Encinitas.
His teaching emphasizes breath, drishti, mindful movement, and intelligent sequencing to create an accessible and grounded practice. Steve taught yoga in San Diego from 2009–2012 and is excited to return to teaching and sharing his love of yoga with the community.
Outside the studio, he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UC San Diego, works as a technology executive, and enjoys golf and other pursuits that benefit from the balance, mobility, and focus cultivated through yoga.
Shiela Advincula
Shiela discovered yoga in the early 1990s and has since explored Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings with Sol Yoga and has shared her practice widely through teaching, workshops, and media features, including Alo Yoga’s Mindful Movement series.
With a background in dance and certification as a Zumba instructor, she brings fluidity, rhythm, and mindfulness into her classes. Shiela is passionate about creating space for students to connect with themselves through breath, movement, and presence on and off the mat.
Siena Ma
Siena began practicing yoga in graduate school, where she discovered its calming and grounding effects. Her journey has been non-linear, with periods of pause and return, each time finding yoga meeting her exactly where she was.
Inspired by her teachers, she now shares an intuitive, grounded, and exploratory practice that emphasizes presence, breath, and playfulness.
Siena invites students to move without expectation, stay light-hearted, and trust that they can always return to their practice.
Valeria Reyes
Valeria has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and it has been a cornerstone of her healing journey. Through navigating her own health challenges, she discovered yoga as a powerful practice for supporting the body, mind, and spirit.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and is currently pursuing Iyengar Yoga certification. Valeria’s teaching encourages students to connect with their bodies, cultivate inner wisdom, and support their own healing journey.
Outside the studio, she enjoys surfing, snowboarding, facilitating women’s circles, exploring spiritual practices, and spending time with loved ones. She is excited to be part of the Redflo community.
Maya Romanazzo
Maya is a San Diego–based instructor and UC San Diego student studying International Business. With years of experience in heated and weighted movement practices, she brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to teaching.
Her classes focus on building strength, fluidity, and mind-body connection, helping students leave feeling grounded, energized, and empowered.
